Gluing and Folding Box Process
The gluing and folding box machines, represented by the integrated gluing inspection system, equipped with German HHS spray glue and online detection systems, all have a production line speed of 450 meters per minute. They accommodate standard product sizes ranging from 75mm to 1150mm, suitable for paper materials from 200g/㎡ to 600g/㎡ cardboard, as well as micro-fluted materials such as N/E/F. The overall daily production capacity of the gluing and folding box process can reach over 3 million packaging boxes.
The gluing and folding box machine equipped with the German HHS spray glue system meets the needs for various types of packaging such as straight boxes, bottom-hook boxes, inner boxes, syringe boxes, French fry boxes, CD sleeves, four-corner stickers, and hexagonal stickers through various accessory configurations. The German HHS online detection system enables high-speed online inspection and elimination to meet customer demands for zero defects in products.
