The Youyue MK1060FC hot stamping machine is an economical and practical hot stamping machine tailored for developing printing and packaging enterprises. With a paper width of 1060mm*760mm and a paper range of 90-2000g/m, it can meet the hot stamping needs of various types of high-end packaging, daily chemical product packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging for folding paper boxes. The pressure can reach up to 300 tons, and it features a horizontal aluminum foil delivery function, saving up to 20% aluminum foil annually and increasing production by 3 million sheets.
The device has a maximum working speed of 7500 sheets per hour, with a maximum hot stamping speed of 6500 sheets/hour. It is equipped with die-cutting and quick center positioning for plate mounting, reducing plate mounting time by 50%. It can easily handle high-precision registration hot stamping, embossing, pre-stamping before printing, holographic hot stamping (optional), etc. The independently developed hot stamping computer control system is comprehensive in function and easy to operate.
