1. Blockage failure of the blank part of the printing plate
1. If the back exposure time is too long, care should be taken to correctly control the back exposure time.；
2. The main exposure is overexposed. Under the premise of ensuring the reproduction of small text and thin lines, the main exposure time should be shortened as much as possible.；
3. If the contact between the plate and the film is poor, the normal operation of the vacuum system should be ensured, and the air between the plate and the film should be expelled with a roll.
2. Small outlets, fine print, and thin lines are washed off.
1. The back exposure time is not enough, consider increasing the back exposure time；
2. The main exposure time is not enough, you can increase the main exposure time；
3. If the washing time is too long or the brush pressure is too high, pay attention to shortening the washing time and adjusting the pressure of the brush.
3. Small outlets are lost and malfunctioned during printing
1. Insufficient main or back exposure, you can increase the main exposure or back exposure time；
2. The design of the original manuscript is beyond the scope of the reproduction ability of flexo printing, and the design of the original manuscript is improved to make it suitable for the scope of flexo printing technology.
4. The bottom of the printing plate is not completely hardened and fails
1. Insufficient back exposure, increase back exposure time；
2. The rinsing is not thorough, and there is residual un-hardened resin remaining. Check the brush pressure and adjust the washing time.
5. The depth of washing of the same printing plate is inconsistent and faulty
1. The printing machine is too hot, carefully check whether the ventilation and cooling system are faulty.；
2. The intensity of the printing lamp is uneven or turned on out of sync, and all the lamps should be replaced at the same time.；
3. If the washing brush is not parallel or the action is unbalanced, the pressure and level of the washing brush can be adjusted.
6. The image part is blurred and faulty
1. The film is defective. Carefully check whether the image on the film is clear.；
2. The offset film is used for flexo printing by mistake, and the qualified flexo film is remade.
Seven, the thin line is bent and wavy, and the fault
1. Insufficient back exposure, increase the time of back exposure；
2. The main exposure is insufficient, and the time of the main exposure should be increased；
3. Insufficient drying time, increase the drying time；
4. The version washing water is not fresh, replace the fresh version washing water；
5. The washing time is too long, adjust the washing time.
8. 3. The failure of the text to break when it is moved and bent after the plate is made
1. The time between the main exposure and the back exposure is too long, which can reduce the time between the main exposure and the back exposure.；
2. The deburring time is too long to reduce the deburring time；
3. The main exposure and back exposure are insufficient, and check whether the lamp tube is damaged or aging.
